5. Developer Responsibilities

If you publish an app on BetaCircle, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the app

• The app complies with all Google Play and legal requirements

• The app does not contain harmful or malicious code

• You understand that testers use the app at their own risk

BetaCircle is not responsible for damages caused by third-party apps.

6. Testers Responsibilities

Testers agree to:

• Use apps responsibly

• Leave feedback only when appropriate

• Not exploit or misuse rewards or points

• Report harmful or abusive content

7. Points, Reputation & Rewards

BetaCircle may offer:

• Points

• Reputation scores

• Streaks

• Badges

• Premium visibility features

• Other in-app rewards

These features have no monetary value and may be changed or removed at any time.

BetaCircle does not guarantee rankings, visibility, or performance.

8. Termination

BetaCircle may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in fraudulent behavior

• You misuse the platform

• You post harmful or illegal content

You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

BetaCircle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• Availability or uninterrupted access

• Accuracy of user-submitted content

• Performance or safety of third-party apps

Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

BetaCircle shall not be liable for:
